Yes. The Free plan has no time limit, subject to its usage limits.

Is there a monthly invoice limit?

No. Public plan limits are based mainly on included users and customer & supplier records, not on invoice or quote counts.

Can a Free workspace install apps?

Yes. The App Store remains accessible. Apps may be free, paid once or subscription-based.

Do paid plans require a long-term contract?

Monthly plans remain flexible. Annual billing is optional and includes two months free.

Can I add more users later?

Yes. You can move to a plan with more included users. We also plan to support additional paid user seats without forcing a full plan change.

What does fair use mean on Scale?

Scale is for normal high-volume business use. Exceptionally intensive or automated usage may require a tailored agreement.
